Elevating Craftsmanship, Four Floors Up

The Moray project in New Farm involved the renovation of an aging double brick apartment within a tightly constrained environment. With only small lift access available, transporting large elements like custom joinery and stone benchtops posed a major challenge—ultimately requiring crane lifts to deliver materials directly to the fourth-floor apartment. Despite these complexities, the team managed the build under a tight schedule, coordinating closely with all trades to ensure smooth execution. Designed by Scott & Molloy, the completed apartment showcases a refined interior aesthetic, achieved through practical problem-solving and attention to detail at every stage.
