Nestled on a sloping hinterland block overlooking Byron Bay, The Palm House is a contemporary coastal retreat built with precision and restraint. NAVYBOX worked closely with the client from initial planning through to final detailing, delivering a home that balances openness with privacy. Featuring raw concrete, Australian hardwoods, and brushed brass accents, every element was selected to age beautifully and withstand the coastal climate. This bespoke build included a split-level layout to work with the natural terrain, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow across its living spaces. From the cantilevered deck to the concealed joinery and skylit hallway, NAVYBOX's hands-on approach is visible in every detail.
