Rather than reinventing it, our approach focused on refinement, elevating both the internal and external elements while preserving the integrity of the original design. With its prime inner-city location, this home deserved a finish that matched its setting. We carefully upgraded interiors to enhance flow, functionality, and modern liveability, while restoring and refreshing the façade to ensure the exterior presence remained timeless yet elevated. Every intervention was deliberate. The existing framework provided strength and character; our role was to enhance it, introducing contemporary finishes, improved spatial connection, and considered detailing without compromising the home’s architectural essence.
